Thank you for your interest in commissioning WearCat Creations. Please read and understand this page in it's entirety before submitting for an official quote. Commissions are only available to those 18+ with proof of ID. Our shop has merchandise available for purchase for all ages.

Allergy Warning
Our studio is home to dogs, cats, ferrets, and quail. The animals are not allowed in our work or studio spaces, and care is taken when packaging items. You may find candy with your order. Please let me know if you have any allergies that may cause issues.
Shipping
Shipping will be due upon completion of the suit. Shipping rates are constantly changing and it is up to the buyer to ensure shipping can be paid for in full. US shipping prices range from $80-300 depending on the size of your fursuit. Suits will not be shipped uninsured.
Shipping is generally USPS. Insurance cannot cover more than $5000 for some shipping types, and other services may be used. FedEx is used primarily for higher cost suits.
International shipping varies from $80-500 depending on country. Please note: YOU MAY HAVE DUTY TAXES ON TOP OF SHIPPING. Please research your country's taxes before commissioning me. Taxes can range from 5%-20% of the price paid for the suit.
Quotes
Our custom calculator is always available to give you an estimation of our fursuit prices, even when commissions are closed. Please note that this is an estimation, and does not always reflect the current rate with adjustments for inflation. Extremely complex suits and characters will affect the pricing. Extra add ons can be discussed that may also affect pricing.
You may submit a quote when our commission applications are open. If you have any questions about the commission application/process that are not answered here or in the fursuit guide, use the contact form on this website for quickest response. While you are not guaranteed a spot, you must be prepared to pay the down payment or in full within 72 hours of being contacted back. If you are unable or unprepared to pay, the submission form can be viewed at any time with no obligation to press the submit button.

The Queue/Completion Times
Once your suit is PAID IN FULL you are added to the official Wearcat Creations queue. Completion time once you are in the queue is dependent who is in front of you in the queue. Fursuits are completed in the order they are fully paid for. If you are on a payment plan, you will be behind those who paid in full first.
Please note not all suits are completed in the same amount of time. Fullsuits will take a lot more time than heads only. I like to add new techniques all the time, and often have clients who challenge my current knowledge! As a result, the trello queue does NOT always move at a consistent pace.
The current wait time for a custom fursuit is approx 1 year. Actual construction time is 3-6 months. Pre-made heads WILL BE AVAILABLE AGAIN 2024!
WearCat Creations DOES NOT TAKE DEADLINES OR RUSH ORDERS. DO NOT ASK US IF YOUR COMMISSION WILL BE READY FOR [INSERT NAME HERE] CONVENTION. I cannot rush to get a suit ready in time for an event - it is a one of a kind wearable art piece and rushing ensures problems every time.
Full-Suits
A proper duct tape dummy must be provided for a full-suit. Painters coveralls, multiple rolls of duct tape, and helping hands are a requirement! We have instructions available here.
Duct tape dummies do not need to be provided immediately. When your character is at the top of the Commission Queue, your duct tape dummy will need to be mailed in.
Character Reference
You must have a clear, UNSHADED, reference sheet of your character.
This must include a full front view and back view. Side views are required for full-suits.
Do not send reference sheets with 3/4 angles only.
If you do not have a proper reference sheet, a fursuit appropriate reference sheet can be made from your reference for $100
Artistic Liberty
Don't have a character yet? Fall in love with one of our pre-mades, but missed out on the opportunity?
Let us design your character! Pick an animal/type of animal, a mood, color, and anything else that is important to your ideas. Or show us the suits we've made you love and we can go from there!
While I will strive to make you a character you absolutely love, multiple redesigns will add to the cost. Color palette and species will be approved and locked in before the character is designed.
Please note artistic liberty means that the design is AT LIBERTY OF THE ARTIST. If you are someone who is very particular/picky, this is NOT THE OPTION FOR YOU.
A reference sheet is included with all artistic liberty suits.
Customer Satisfaction/Changes
Once in our "Current Work" queue, you will be provided multiple WIP photos and videos as we work on your commission. If you are unhappy with something or have a question, bring it to our attention immediately. We can fix things before they're glued a lot easier than after. Some things can't be fixed at later stages, and other fixes may incur fees.
Before you are in our "Current Work" queue, you will be provided with updates as often as I update the queue. This can generally be anywhere from 1-3 months between my update messages, depending on the complexity of the commission suit I'm currently working on. If you have any questions during this time, never hesitate to reach out!
If you want changes made to something that you approved, fees will be added. Changes will not be made to markings that match the provided/approved reference without an additional fee.
Fur color is suggested by us, and approved by you! If you are unsure of a fur color, you can order a swatch from the major retailers we use.
Payments/Payment Plans
Payment is due within 72 hours of your submission being accepted. We use Paypal, Zelle and Cashapp. Shipping is NOT included in your price, and will be paid upon completion of the suit.
Payment plans are accepted with a 25% deposit. This deposit is NON REFUNDABLE. It is used to cover the cost of ordering supplies. Payments must be made on the same day each month, with a minimum payment of $300.
Returns/Refunds
Commissioning WearCat Creations is a contractual agreement. Fursuits are one of a kind, wearable art pieces. While I try to be close in estimating completion times, various factors can affect how long your suit takes. My trello queue is always the best resource for seeing where I am currently at in commissions.
For payment plans, the 25% down payment is NON REFUNDABLE.
If you are unhappy with your suit/want a refund before it is completed, let us know. The suit will be altered and made into a premade. You will be refunded 70% of what you paid for the suit. You will ONLY be refunded once the premade has sold. If the premade sells for higher than the price you initially paid, you will not be refunded more.
Warranty
All heads and small parts have a 60 day warranty. Fullsuits have a 90 day warranty. This warranty includes any ripped seams, holes, wrong sizing that is fault of WearCat Creations, and adhesive failing.
Shipping for warranty and repairs must be covered by the client. If sizing is incorrect due to customer error, it will not fall under our warranty. Please ensure you have your measurements correct.
Duct tape dummies must meet our standard, or another one will be required.
